GAINERS AND MOVERS (Foundation level)
Class Duration: 60 minutes
Class Capacity: 1:8
Gainers Age: 5-7 years
Movers Age: 7-12 years

This is where we begin to teach skills derived directly from the Gymnastics Australia Levels Program. Gymnasts will use the floor, beam, uneven bars and vault apparatuses and develop the key skills and shapes through different drills and activities. Children begin to understand Gymnastics terminology that is carried through into the development program.

DEVELOPMENT BRONZE – SILVER – GOLD – (Development program)
Class Duration: 2 – 3 hours depending on the level.
Class Capacity: 1:8

Once your child reaches our development program, they understand the fundamentals on all four apparatuses, Gymnastics terminology, can follow coach instructions and work through stations in a controlled manner. Gymnasts are learning skills from the Gymnastics Australia Levels Program (ALP) and there is an important focus on strength and conditioning, flexibility and technique that is required to execute Gymnastics to a high standard. Training duration and frequency increases at the development level and Gymnasts have the opportunity to attend selected local competitions throughout the year.
