You don’t need to have years of experience to work with us — what matters most is your attitude, your passion for working with people, and your willingness to learn. For many of our roles, we simply ask that you’re committed to completing the required certifications, and we’ll support you every step of the way.
We currently have opportunities in the following areas:
- Lifeguards — keep our swimmers safe and be a confident, visible presence at our facilities
- Swim Teachers — inspire a love of swimming in babies, kids and adults at all levels
- Customer Service (Counter) Staff — be the friendly face of MCSF and keep things running smoothly at the front desk
- Gymnastics Coaches — help young children build confidence, skills and a love for the sport
OUR LOCATIONS
We have facilities across Far North Queensland and are looking for team members at the following locations:
- Atherton
- Babinda
- Dimbulah
- Gordonvale
- Innisfail
- Kuranda
- Mareeba
- Smithfield
- Tobruk (Cairns)
Shifts are available across the week including mornings, afternoons and Saturdays, making these roles ideal for students or anyone looking for flexible work. All necessary training and support will be provided to the right candidates.
