Aqua Aerobics

An ideal way to develop your strength and fitness in a low impact environment whilst still getting the benefits of a great workout . This is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Monday: 11:00am – 12:00pm and 1:15pm – 2:15pm
Tuesday: 11:00am – 12:00pm and 1:15pm – 2:15pm
Thursday: 11:00am – 12:00pm and 1:15pm – 2:15pm
Friday: 1:15pm – 2:15pm
