MCSF Daffodil
Day Dip 2026

This August, we’re opening our pools across Far North Queensland for the Daffodil Day Dip — a cold plunge for the 1 in 2 Australians diagnosed with cancer by age 85.
📅  Thursday 20 August 2026  |  7:00am – 9:00am  |  All MCSF Sites

Join us for the plunge

On 20 August, all eight MCSF aquatic facilities across Cairns and the Tablelands will be hosting a special Daffodil Day Dip session from 7am to 9am. Every dip, every donation, and every coffee sold on the day goes directly toward life-saving cancer research.
Whether you register as a Daffodil Day Dipper and swim free, or simply turn up and donate standard entry at the door — every dollar counts.
