PARTY OPTIONS

DIY PARTY

If you’re wanting to decorate and do your party all yourself, you can organise a DIY party. Pay a discounted entry and choose an area upon arrival for set up.
Please note we do not reserve areas; first in best dressed.

Cost:

• $4.50/child.
• $6.00/swimming adults.
• $35.00 for Marquee hire.

In addition, Pool entry policy states that if using the pools then there must be a supervision ratio of one full paying adult (prepared to swim) per 4 children.

Unfortunately, patrons cannot cook food onsite.

You are more than welcome to bring your own tables and chairs etc to set up.

Please note:

• We cannot reserve an area for DIY Parties; DIY is first in best dressed.   –  There is no reserved table or marquee included for DIY parties.

• Clean-up is also your responsibility and the area must be cleaned and vacated half an hour before closure please. Cleaning fee may apply.

• Although we do have lifeguards on duty, direct supervision is always the parent/caregivers responsibility.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF FACILITY ENTRY

• For Health and Safety reasons glass, china, alcohol and smoking are not permitted inside the Complex.

• No Band-Aids

• No stitches, open or infected wounds in the pool.

• Lifeguards are always onsite and are there for emergency response only. Our lifeguards are not babysitters.

• Swimmers, Parents and Guardians are responsible for the safety of themselves and those in their care at all times.

Marlin Coast Swimming and Fitness operates under the guidelines of the Royal Life Saving Keep Watch.

Please ensure all attendees are fully aware, understand and adhere  to the Keep Watch program.

We withhold the right to ask individuals to leave the water / facility if we believe numbers are too high to ensure safe supervision or that rules are not being followed.

BASIC PARTY (ON HOLD AT THE MOMENT – NO AVAILABILITY TO BOOK)

Includes:

• Entry and full access to pool facilities.
• Reserved party area.
• Birthday and present table set-up.
• Bottomless water and cordial.
• One zooper dooper per child.
• Leave all the setting up and cleaning up to us.

Cost:

• $160.00 for up to 20 children.
• $7.00/child for additional children.
• $3.00/swimming adult.
