YOGA
Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind and environment.

PILATES
Connect to your deepest core, switch on your joint stabilising muscles and build overall coordination, stamina and strength while also improving your posture and toning your muscles.

ZUMBA
Lose weight while having a little boogie! Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. These routines incorporate interval training – alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

ZUMA GOLD/SENIORS DANCE
Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and is designed to meet the anatomical, physiological and psychological needs of Seniors.

ADULT SWIM SQUAD
This squad offers coaching and training for all types of adult swimming levels; from intermediate to advanced. For those who simply just wish to increase their fitness, as well as competitive swimmers training for their next big event. Adult Swim Squad will help you become more confident in the pool, help you develop the correct stroke correction as well as increase your fitness and health.
