SPIN
High Intensity Cycling workout using resistance to create a variety of hill climbs and sprints creating an endurance or HIIT style workout focusing on cardiovascular, core and strength.

BOXING STRENGTH
A fun combination of Boxing and strength! Start the heart with a combination of boxing drills and finish with a whole-body barbell strength workout.

BOOTCAMP BLAST
A combination of cardio exercises infused with weighted bars, plates and kettlebells to blast your fitness level.

CORE AND STRETCHING
The aim of this class is to strengthen the core while helping to improve your movement and range of motion, as well as relieving stress.

YOGA
Experience a combination of breath awareness techniques, meditation, specific body postures (asanas) and movement, relaxation and self-inquiry cultivating personal health and wellbeing.

YOGA (Intermediate)
Take your yoga to the next level in this fun and challenging class of endurance and strength building poses and sequences. Best for injury-free students with some prior yoga experience.

BOX FIT
Boxing drills that are fun and focus on cardiovascular fitness. Exercises will include core and strength-based movements to keep you box fit!

PILATES
Connect to your deepest core, switch on your joint stabilising muscles and build overall coordination, stamina and strength while also improving your posture and toning your muscles.
