CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

AQUA ZUMBA/FIT
Lose weight while having a little boogie! Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. These routines incorporate interval training – alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Held in water providing additional resistance but increased support.

SENIORS STRENGTH
Gentle Barbell strength exercises to strengthen and tone the whole body! Build and maintain bone density through weighted exercises.

SENIORS ZUMBA
Low impact aerobic class combining dance, cardio and balance which will motivate you to work hard and have fun!

SENIORS SPIN / CORE
Get on your bike! A cycle class especially designed for seniors with high intensity and strength workout for the legs. Fun with focus on cardio.

ADULT SWIM SQUAD
This squad offers coaching and training for all types of adult swimming levels; from intermediate to advanced. For those who simply just wish to increase their fitness, as well as competitive swimmers training for their next big event. Adult Swim Squad will help you become more confident in the pool, help you develop the correct stroke correction as well as increase your fitness and health.
