Adult Squad

This is a great class to help improve your fitness, technique and times. Our squad caters for people with all different goals. Regardless of whether your a triathlete, surf swimmer or weekend warrior, adult squad is a great environment to meet like minded people and achieve your goals.

Adult Swimming Lessons

This class is designed for beginner to intermediate level swimmers. We cater for adults with little or no experience to adults who have an understanding of the basic skills but wish to further develop these skills. The group size is kept to minimum so that we are able to specialise the program help you achieve your goals.

Adult Technique

Four week intensive course aimed at developing/improving your freestyle technique. This is suitable for anyone wanting to be faster and more efficient in their swimming. This is a progressive program and it is imperative to attend each session in order to get optimal results. To participate in this program your swimming needs to be at a intermediate- advanced level. Water Fitness

An ideal way to develop your strength and fitness in a low impact environment whilst still getting the benefits of a great workout . This is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. We offer 4 classes a week at varying times so that you are able to attend a session that works for you. We run two programs: Splash Aquatic Exercise which is conducted in the 50M Pool or Water Fitness which is carried out in the 25M Pool. No need to book just come along and join in the fun!
