Adult Classes

Adult Squad

This is a great class to help improve your fitness, technique and times. Our squad caters for people with all different goals. Regardless of whether you’re a triathlete, surf swimmer or weekend warrior, adult squad is a great environment to meet like minded people and achieve your goals.

Monday and Wednesday 5:30pm – 6:45pm.

Adult Swimming Lessons

This class is designed for beginner to intermediate level swimmers. We cater for adults with little or no experience to adults who have an understanding of the basic skills but wish to further develop these skills. The group size is kept to minimum so that we are able to specialise the program help you achieve your goals.

Water Fitness

Aqua Aerobics uses the resistance of water to increase the intensity of your workout, helping to increase your strength, flexibility and overall health. These classes are very recommended to those pregnant and people with joint issues because of the low impact nature.

Monday and Wednesday 12:00pm – 1:00pm (25m pool).
Saturday 9:30am – 10:30am (50m pool).
