SENIORS YOGA
Experience a combination of breath awareness techniques, meditation, specific gentle body postures (asanas) and movement and relaxation cultivating personal health and wellbeing.

SENIORS CIRCUIT
Timed circuit exercise stations combining cardio, strength, core, flexibility and balance which will motivate you to work hard and have fun!

SENIORS BALL FIT
A movement focused class to get you up and about! Using a ball to create a fun cardio workout building your fitness gently.

SENIORS CORE FIT
A great class to develop and maintain your core strength! This class uses fit balls to tone and tighten your core creating stability and support.

SENIORS STRENGTH
Gentle Barbell strength exercises to strengthen and tone the whole body! Build and maintain bone density through weighted exercises.

SENIORS SPIN
Get on your bike! A cycle class especially designed for seniors with high intensity and strength workout for the legs. Fun with focus on cardio.
