We are excited to welcome you and your family to Marlin Coast Swim School at Tobruk Memorial Pool! As we take over management of the aquatics centre, our number one priority is making this transition as smooth and stress-free as possible.
What is changing is the way we manage things behind the scenes. We’re introducing iClassPro, a system that makes managing your child’s lessons easier than ever.

📱 How to Register on iClassPro
All families need to create an account on iClassPro to secure their child’s place. We will then place your child into the correct class — you don’t need to choose one yourself!
1. Create your account
Download the iClassPro app (search iClassPro in the App Store or Google Play) or visit our portal online using the buttons below.
2. Set up your family profile
Add your details and your child’s information. No need to select a class. Just get your account created!
3. We’ll do the rest ✅
Once registered, we will place your child into their correct class. You’ll receive an email confirmation by Thursday 10th April 2026.

🗓 Public Holidays
Lessons will not run on public holidays. If your child has a class scheduled on a public holiday, you will automatically receive a coupon to book a make-up lesson, valid for 60 days. Make-up lessons can be booked through the iClassPro app or portal.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Will my child keep the same class time and day?
That is our goal! We will review each registration and you will receive an email confirmation by Thursday 10th April 2026. Lessons kick off from Saturday 18th April 2026. Make sure you register before Monday 7th April to be part of it!
What happens if I miss the 7th April deadline?
Unregistered families may lose their current class placement and will need to join a waitlist. Contact us at [email protected] before the deadline. We don’t want anyone to miss out!
What level will my child be placed in?
Your child will be placed into the equivalent level under our new program. Our team will review each child individually. If you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Can I choose my child’s teacher?
We are retaining the vast majority of our existing swim teachers. While we cannot always guarantee a specific teacher, we will do our best to maintain consistency. If there are any changes affecting your child’s class, we will contact you directly.
How do make-up lessons work?
Your child is entitled to 4 make-up lessons per year, up from 3 previously. Make-up lessons can be booked directly through the iClassPro app or portal. Please notify us in advance if your child cannot attend to be eligible.
What happens on public holidays?
Lessons will not run on public holidays. You will automatically receive a coupon to book a make-up lesson, valid for 60 days. Upcoming: ANZAC Day: Saturday 25th April 2026.
How do I pause my enrolment?
You can pause for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 6 weeks per year, with a holding fee of $5.00 per class per week (excludes bank fees). Pause weeks can be split across the year. For a medical pause contact us at [email protected].
How do I cancel my enrolment?
Send a written cancellation request via email to [email protected]. A 2 week notice period is required and your direct debit will continue until the notice period is completed.
